Abstract. This study, in general aimed to describe and know the meaning of the message womenstruggle by users of social media (Facebook and Twitter) to the blog article of Alanda Kariza. Thisstudy uses a critical paradigm of constructionism. The type is descriptive research using case studystrategy. Data collection techniques used is by interview (interview), with the selection ofinformants using purposive judgmental convenience. The conclusion that can be drawn from thisresearch is, in the end a meaning that appears in the mind of the reader to a blog written in socialmedia is influenced by many things, including the background of the blog readers. Whether it'sfamily background, educational background, ideology embraced, blog writing style and choice ofwords. Similarly, the meaning of which is trying to be revealed in this study, namely the meaning ofthe struggles of women was also influenced by the above factors. According to Stuart Hall, there arethree kinds of readings / interpretations of the text, namely (meaning dominant / hegemonic code,negotiated meaning / code, oppositional decoding / code). AbstractTax on Land and Building, Rural and Urban Sector based on the regional regulation may vary fromone region to another. This is because the imposition authority of tax on land and building, rural andurban sectors were handed over to local governments. This study aimed to compare the land andbuilding, Rural and Urban Sector tax policies in DKI Jakarta, Bekasi, Depok, based on SPPT 2014and 2015. In analyzing the problems of the imposition tax on land and building, rural and urbansectors in DKI Jakarta, Bekasi, Depok, information obtained from interviews with tax authorities andfield observations. The land and building, Rural and Urban Sector tax policies in DKI Jakarta, Bekasi,Depok different in terms of tax rates, determination the amount of NJOPTKP, as well as the amountof NJOP. The amount of NJOP in Jakarta is higher and more diverse than the amount of NJOP inDepok and Bekasi. Determination the amount of NJOP in Jakarta also set more frequently, whichevery year than in the city of Depok and Bekasi. This is because the value of land and buildings inJakarta faster rise than in Depok and Bekasi.Keywords: Tax on Land and Building, Rural and Urban Sector, Local Tax.

AbstractThis article is the result of qualitative research which focused on creativity, especiallycreativity Udjo Ngalagena in terms of personal, press, processes and products. The results showedthat the various potentials and support from the family, community and school (education) makesUdjo being personally creative. Personal creative and press factor gives strength to Udjo Ngalagenato continue and develop their creativity amid the challenges and conditions of the times. UdjoNgalagena succeeded in making angklung tradition into creative products in educational activities,production and performances regularly and formally at Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU) with referenceto the traditional values of Sunda. The existence and development of the SAU in Bandung, WestJava for almost a 50 years proves that Udjo Ngalagena succeeded in creating generations of creativeand successfully strengthen the local cultural existence.Keywords:. Abstract. Financial literacy affects a person's way of thinking on the financial condition and influencestrategic decisions in terms of finances and better management for business owners. This study usessecondary data as study materials which will be given to the micro level that businesses with aturnover of up to 300M per year in which the segment in general do not have good financial recordsto then be used as financial statements. In a study using 12 samples of SMEs in the area of Depokrandomly selected. This study uses processed using descriptive statistics as well as the weighting atthe level of financial literacy.Results from this study indicate that the level of financial literacy of low business owners sothat the effect on the ability to manage finances. This is reflected in the financial results of theattitude of business owners where they merely record the receipt and expenditure of financialbusiness without being accompanied by supporting documents storage. Business owners so far havenot made the budget as a basis for evaluating the performance of their businesses. In addition theability of business owners to manage cash surplus and deficit shows the majority of using banks ornon-banks. They have not yet reached the stage of investing in financial products. Simple research isexpected to contribute to the field of accounting related to business continuity, especially in terms offinancial management business through increased financial literacy.Keywords:. financial literacy, financial management, record keeping, budget

AbstractOften we see students gathered tasks given by the lecturers and they are copying answers betweenstudents and others. They perform this action with no load, even though the task is an individualtask. Do they know that what they are doing is an action that is contrary to the basic values ofacademic integrity. Or perhaps they are not aware that they are not a violation, since they merelyimitate or follow the habits of seniors or friends the same age. Then comes the question "How dothey (students) do dishonesty (cheating)?" Abstract. Community Engamenet Program gives the skill of planning and financing education forSmall Medium Entreprises (SME), how they make business plan begin budgeting, raising the fund,create financial statement, buseiness development and investing to enhance their wealth of family.This program delivered to 30 SME of Assosiation of Depok Creative Industries (AIKD). Someactivities delivered are training and business assistance. The aims of program point out somechanges before and after program impelementation. The SME have positive behavior in financing.The success indicators are the SME have financial statement of entrepreises and their family. Inotherwise they they can make financial decision wisdom to depelove their entreprises. Hopelly, thisprogram be allowed to to their business needs and can continue and consisten.Key words : SME, financial planning, training and assistance.

AbstractThis research has been prepared for the purpose of reviewing the impact of the quality ofservices provided by ATM on one of the largest private bank in Indonesia on customer loyalty. Inthis case the quality of the service will be tested at one of the ATM Bank the largest private bank inIndonesia which consists of quality information and quality on customer loyalty ATM system onone of the largest private bank in Indonesia which is mediated by customer satisfaction. T-countvalue obtained from Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) for all variables showed that all thequestions are included in all variables statistically significant. The coefficient of Goodness of Fitmeets the requirements of the suitability of a model, it can be concluded that in general, the modelobtained has a good level of compatibility. ATM service quality has a statistically significantpositive relationship with customer loyalty. Satisfaction with the quality of the information contentof ATM and satisfaction with the performance of the ATM system did in fact have a positiverelationship with customer satisfaction. Variable satisfaction statistically significant influenced bytwo independent variables, namely variable quality and Quality Information System. Satisfactionwill impact on the confidence of customers to use ATMs that will appear on the ATM customerloyalty to the Bank. In accordance with the hypothesis that the satisfaction variables provide astatistically significant effect on the variable loyalty.Key words : ATM, Confirmatory Factor Analysis,Kandungan informasi, kualitas system, loyalitas
